Richmond Extreme Makeover

Richmond Extreme Makeover (REM) is a full day of pampering, fellowship, and compassionate care for women and children from around the Greater Richmond area who have or are currently experiencing domestic violence/abuse, homelessness, sexual exploitation/trafficking, and other crises/challenges. This complimentary event is intended to empower, encourage, and boost the confidence and self-worth of our guests as they enter into a new year and season. This outreach is about the extravagant love of Jesus, His pursuit after our hearts, and a sweet reminder of how wonderfully made we are!

REM Volunteers are needed to support the overall mission and will be offering support in the following areas: Set-up/Tear-down, Transportation, Hospitality, Haircuts/Hairstyles, Basic Manicures, Basic Pedicures, Limited Massages, Cosmetics/Make-up, Boutique (free shopping of new/gently-used clothes & accessories), Lunch, Photography, Fashion Show, Inspiring messages, and a fun KidZone for the children. Registration is required.
